Micro Coriander Soto Ayam

For lunch today Richard made a delicious Soto Ayam soup in the office with our very own Growing Underground micro coriander. This micro herb packs an aromatic lunch and is much more intense than it’s larger cousin that you will find in supermarkets. Perfect for this dish it was combined with all things nice; Indonesian spices, shredded chicken, rice noodles, bean sprouts, pak choi and a boiled egg all topped with crispy onions – you may now salivate! πŸ™‚
