Marks and Spencer launch

Not just any old salad. Growing Underground for Marks and Spencer salad! Yes that’s right we are so chuffed to finally reveal that our salad mixes will be available to buy in Marks and Spencer stores around London as of today; Wednesday 6th September. We were approached by the store early this year who were impressed by our sustainable and pesticide-free farm as well as the fact we use 70% less water than traditional farming methods. We have spent months meticulously preparing for the launch whilst trying not to let the cat of the bag but eventually we did on Saturday in the form of the The Telegraph Magazine who had a cheeky exclusive on the launch.

Marks and Spencer’s food product development team have created unique salad mixes from our extensive range of micro herbs down on our underground farm. These include a British Mix, Italian Mix, Indian Mix and a Japanese Mix. You will find the packaging also advises the perfect dishes to pair the salads with, so whatever you’re having for dinner there’s no excuse not to eat your greens!

We’re so excited about this launch into the UK’s most reputable supermarket and really hope you will love the range as much as we do! Pick up yours today and leave us feedback on social media on how you eat yours! In the below London Marks and Spencer stores at first, which will hopefully roll out to further stores at a later date.
